Rethink & Reshape

A 3-month coaching experience to help you redesign how you live and work – with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

A slower, more intentional way forward is possible. It starts here.

3-MONTH COACHING PROGRAM

This is for you if…

  • You’re feeling stretched thin or creatively disconnected

  • You want to make thoughtful, values-aligned decisions

  • You’re craving clarity, consistency, and more ease in your business

  • You’re ready to stop spinning and start moving forward – gently and intentionally

  • You’re tired of overthinking, second-guessing, or comparing yourself to others

  • You want to feel more connected to your creative work – and to yourself

This might not be the right fit if…

  • You’re looking for quick fixes or rigid formulas

  • You want someone to tell you what to do

  • You’re not ready to reflect, pause, or look inward

  • You’re expecting change without committing to the process

  • You’re hoping for hustle-mode strategies or a one-size-fits-all blueprint

  • You’re more focused on pushing through than finding a sustainable rhythm

And that’s okay — not every approach is right for every season, and not every coach is right for every person. You do you.

What’s included

This is what our time together includes – consistent support, clear structure, and space to figure things out at your own pace. Everything is designed to support you gently and sustainably. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

6 private coaching sessions on Zoom

We’ll begin with a 90-minute deep-dive kick-off session, followed by five 60-minute bi-weekly calls. All sessions are audio-only – no video – so you can show up as you are (yes, PJs are welcome). You’ll receive recordings via your private client portal.

Weekly email check-ins

Gentle check-ins to keep you supported and on track between sessions. Light accountability, designed with Positive Psychology in mind.

Access to me between sessions

Reach out anytime via email or Voxer (chat/voice notes) for support, encouragement, or to celebrate progress (we’ll do that often).

A private client portal

A password-protected space where you’ll find session recordings, notes, and any resources I’ve shared, all in one place.

Personalised tools

Coaching tools, practices, or worksheets chosen to support your direction and focus, grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness. Always optional, never overwhelming.

Your investment

Coaching isn’t about buying a finished product or chasing a guaranteed outcome – it’s a meaningful investment in how you want to think, feel, and show up in your day-to-day life.

Investment: €1,500 / €1,200 (incl./excl. VAT)*

Payment plan available: 3 monthly payments of €500 / €400

*The final amount depends on your location. All prices in EUR.

Ready to begin?

You don’t have to keep pushing or figuring it all out on your own. If you’re ready for more calm, clarity, and confidence in how you live and work, I’d love to support you.

There’s no perfect time to start, only the right time for you.

If you think you might be ready, and you’re curious about coaching with me, you can fill in the enquiry form below.

You’ll be invited to book a free Discovery Call – a friendly, no-pressure chat to see if we’re a good fit.

FAQs

  • Start by filling in the enquiry form. I’ll be in touch to invite you to a free 30-minute Discovery Call – an informal chat to see if we’re a good fit.

If you decide to go ahead, you’ll sign a Coaching Agreement and pay the first invoice (in full or the first instalment).

Then you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including a link to book your sessions.

  • Invoices are sent via Dubsado and paid online through Stripe (secure credit card processing).

The first payment is due within 5 days to secure your spot. If you’re using a payment plan, future instalments are billed monthly on the same date.

For example, if your first payment is on July 3, the next ones will be billed on August 3 and September 3.

  • Your coaching begins with your first session and runs for three months from that date. For example, if your first session is on 25 August, the program ends on 25 November.

We’ll confirm your start date during the booking process.

If either of us has pre-planned time off during your program, your timeline will be extended so you still receive the full three months of support.

  • Sessions are available Monday to Thursday between 10:30 and 15:00 CET (Stockholm/Paris/Amsterdam time). You can check this time zone converter to see if this works for you.

If you’re in a different time zone and those hours don’t align, feel free to reach out – I work with clients all over the world and am happy to see if we can find a time that fits.

  • You can reach me between sessions via email or Voxer (chat/voice notes).
My office hours are Monday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00 CET.

I aim to respond within 48 hours during working hours. I’ll always do my best, but please know that replies may take a little longer if things are full on my end.

  • We meet on Zoom with the camera off — so it’s more like a phone call. This creates a quieter, more focused space for coaching. You can show up just as you are (yes, even from bed or in your PJs).

You’ll book your sessions through my online scheduler, which syncs to your calendar and sends automatic reminders before each call.

All sessions are recorded and shared with you in your private client portal.

  • Each session is a focused space with a natural arc – a beginning, middle, and end – where we explore what matters most to you.

We begin by clarifying your focus for the session and why it's important to you. Then we’ll explore thoughts, patterns, possibilities, and what’s getting in the way. And we wrap up by reflecting on what’s shifted and what might come next — whether that’s taking action, making a decision, or simply creating space to process.

There’s no pressure to create long action lists. Sometimes, the most meaningful change begins by giving yourself time to sit with what you’ve learned.

  • In a way, yes – but it’s not about tasks or pressure.

Coaching is about shifting how you think, work, and show up. That often means experimenting with new habits, perspectives, or practices between sessions. I may also offer tools or resources that feel relevant.

It’s always your choice. Nothing is required, but the more you engage with the process, the more you’ll get out of it.

  • That you’re committed to the coaching process and honour the terms of our Coaching Agreement.

You just need to show up as yourself – open, engaged, and willing to do the inner work.

  • No templates, no fixed frameworks. Coaching with me is collaborative and tailored to you — we’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.

You’ll have my full support through sessions, Voxer, email, and personalised tools along the way.

  • No, coaching isn’t about guaranteed outcomes. But I will show up fully and support you with care, consistency, and presence.

When you invest in one-to-one coaching, you’re not buying a product – you’re choosing to explore new ways of thinking, being, and working.

Real change takes time. It’s not always linear, and it often involves unlearning patterns that have been in place for years. That’s why we work together over three months – to create space for meaningful, sustainable shifts.

You don’t have to get it right or do it perfectly (there’s no such thing in coaching). You just have to keep showing up.

  • Yes – everything you share in our sessions is confidential.

I follow the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Code of Ethics, which includes a strong commitment to client confidentiality and psychological safety.

  • I work with thoughtful, creative people who care deeply about what they do – from solo business owners to professionals working in creative industries.

Many of my clients are navigating burnout, self-doubt, or simply longing for a slower, more intentional way to work and live.

  • Coaching is future-focused, collaborative, and action-oriented. It’s about helping you access your own clarity and direction, not about diagnosing or treating mental health issues.

If you’re not sure which is right for you, feel free to reach out and I’m happy to help you explore it.

  • Absolutely. Some clients feel complete after three months, others choose to continue with ongoing support.

We can talk about what feels right for you as you near the end of your program – and explore a tailored option if that makes sense.
